The Beef Arm Roast has a nice beefy taste. And because it comes from the cow's front shoulder muscle, slow cooking in a Dutch oven or crock pot works best. When you cook it slow, the meat is fall-apart tender and juicy.
Cook to an internal temperature of 145° - 150° F for a roast that's medium to medium well. Perfect when served with mashed potatoes or egg noodles. Add some steamed vegetables or a tossed green salad for a complete meal.
