This Winter 2025 we are temporarily sourcing our chicken from Joe's Farm in MI. The Poultry is processed just across the border in Ohio and then sent to our farm here in Monroe WI. While the product is fantastic and the ethics and protocols of Joe's farm are topnotch, we still prefer to source from closer to home. Early Summer 2025 we should have our first batch of poultry ready from our local Sparrow Hill Farm collaboration. They are a young family doing great work for food similar to us. Quick cooking, tender and juicy.
These boneless, skinless chicken breasts are ideal for meals that call for pieces of chicken. Think soups, stews, curries, pasta dishes and more.
But their use doesn't stop there. Drizzle the breasts with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for a delicious meal. Poach the breasts and use it shredded in chicken salad or enchiladas. Grill them and brush with barbecue sauce for a tasty meal. Or throw them into a slow cooker for a ready-to-eat meal at the end of the day.
No matter how you prepare these chicken breasts, you'll find them to be full of flavor you won't get from the ones sold at a conventional grocery store. When chickens forage on open pastures, they are happier. They are healthier. And they produce a better-tasting, higher-quality meat. Plus, you can feel good knowing the chickens were raised humanely without the use of antibiotics, drugs or hormones.
Two breasts per package. Avg 17 oz.
