Our lambs are humanely raised on lush, open pastures where they forage for grass, plus get plenty of sunshine and exercise. This leads to a cut of meat that's superior in nutrition and protein compared to animals raised in confinement on a grain-based diet.
Each cut averages 4 - 5 lbs. A perfect size for serving a group of up to 8 people.
