Antibiotic and Chemical Free

(All our meat products) These products were raised without the use of antibiotics, sub therapeutic or therapeutic and without the use of any synthetic chemicals or growth hormones. No pesticides, herbicides, fungicides or any other 'cides. This is one of the crucial steps we do in ensuring the integrity and nutrition of the product as well as the health of the soils. 

Vaccines

No MRNA vaccines are used on any of our stock. No vaccines of any kind are used in the pork, lamb, poultry, and obviously not the wild harvested fish. Some of the beef does receive an older traditional style vaccine against bugs that are common in the area and can wreak havoc in a beef herd.  They keep the beef herd healthy without having to resort to other drugs. 

 

Grass Fed and Finished

(All our ruminant animals, lamb and beef) These products were raised and finished on a 100% grass diet on pasture with no grains, grain protein supplementation or GMOs. The pastures are managed with regenerative farming principles. This meat comes from an animal that is an herbivore which means that they thrive and are healthy on grass. Free-choice minerals are given for the health of the soil, animals, and you. This leads to a nutrient dense product that tastes unlike anything you can buy at the supermarket.

Natural Recipe

(Any product that is smoked like bacon or ham) These products were smoked with natural smoke and cured without added nitrates, nitrites, or preservatives. Celery powder is used as a natural curing alternative.

Non-GMO

(Regarding the non ruminant animals fed grain like the pigs and chickens) We believe the closer we can get to nature the better. We use non-GMO grain rations to supplement our non-ruminant animals like our pork.

Pasture-Raised

(Really everything we raise including the 100% grass-fed animals which are also pasture raised) This describes how our non-ruminant animals such as the pigs are raised. They are not able to fully utilize 100% grass like cows and sheep and so they are supplemented with non-GMO grain as well as access to pasture. These products were raised on green-managed pastures during the growing season and during the winter were raised with access to open pasture, hay and shelter.

Wild Harvested

This seafood was wild harvested with sustainable fishing practices from the cleanest ocean waters. No additives for flavor, color or preservatives.
