How it works
Save 5% when you schedule a box of meats to be delivered on a regular basis
- Select to have your box delivered every 2 weeks, every month or every 2 months
- Change the items included in the box as often as you'd like
- Reschedule upcoming shipments to get the box sooner or later depending on your needs
- You can even pause your subscription if you're going to be gone for a period of time and resume shipments when you return
- Cancel anytime
Frequently asked Questions
How do I sign up for a subscription?
Within the cart, you'll see an option to place the order as a subscription or as a one-time shipment. Simply select what works best for you.
How do I skip an order?
No problem. Simply go to your "Account" by selecting the icon of a person in the menu bar of the site. Then select "Manage Subscription" at the top of the page. You'll then see options within your subscription to skip or reschedule your next shipment.
Will I be notified before each shipment?
Yes! You'll get an email notification a few days before your upcoming order ships. This gives you time to make any changes to the items in your box before we start packing your box.
How to I cancel my subscription?
Go to "Account" in the upper right corner of the menu. Then select "Manage Subscription" in the top menu. From here you'll have the option to change or update details about your subscription, including the ability to cancel the subscription.
How do I add or remove items from my subscription?
Go to your "Account" and "Manage Subscription." You'll see all the items in your current subscription. And you can choose to remove items, replace items with another item, or skip an item in the next box.
How do I change the frequency of my order?
Sign into your account. Then select "Manage Subscription." From here, you'll have options. You can change how often your box ships. And also skip an order or reschedule a shipment. You're in complete control.
Can I place a one-time order in between my subscription orders?
Absolutely! Simply shop the store. And when you add an item to the cart, select that this will be a one-time purchase.
Can I get my next subscription box sooner?
Yes! Sign into your account. Select "Manage Subscription." You'll then see all the options to modify your next shipment, including getting it sooner.
