A transparency note on our poultry partnerships: Most of our poultry is now raised together with Joe Wanda in Hebron IL just South of our farm. This Sparrow Hill Farm/Wanda Farms poultry is labeled as "Sparrow Hill Farm" and is raised according to all our standards and protocols. We still have some poultry from a temporary batch we sourced from a bit farther away from "Joes Farm" in Michigan. Read more on our Vendors page. This just has a plain label but shows as processed in Ohio. You will see this more likely on some of the smaller variants of poultry that we offer. ALL our poultry is 100% pasture raised with non-gmo grain supplemented, Industrial chemical free, hormone free, vaccine free.
