Lamb's melt-in-your-mouth equivalent of a T-bone steak

Cut from the loin of the lamb, these grass-fed and grass-finished lamb chops make a delicious, quick, melt-in-your mouth meal.
They are super easy to pan fry or grill. And require minimal seasoning. You don't need a lot of seasoning when cooking meat that was raised on rotational pastures with plenty of fresh air, sunshine and tasty, green grass. Simply add a little garlic, rosemary or thyme, and a bit of salt and pepper.
In addition to flavor, nutrition also permeates these chops. Each cut contains essential vitamins and minerals. A fantastic source of healthy protein, these lamb chops are a great source of zinc, which is essential for immune health. Plus, vitamin B12 and B3, which helps our nervous system function properly. And with more iron than other meats such as chicken or fish, eating lamb can help improve or prevent iron deficiencies and anemia.
Like all the animals raised on our farm, the lamb are rotationally moved through pastures during their life to provide them with a diverse assortment of natural plants to eat. And to help restore and improve the environment. No antibiotics. And chemical free.
