Savory and mouthwatering

Because these bone-in chops cut from the shoulder have an incredible, natural flavor, you only need simple seasonings to enhance the flavor and make a spectacular meal. Lightly season with salt and pepper and some fresh rosemary or thyme. Add a touch of olive oil. And you're good to go.

Thick and meaty, they are perfect for the grill. Most lamb shoulder chops are cooked to a juicy, medium-rare temperature of 135°F. They are also great pan fried. And if you love incredibly tender meat that falls off the bone, try braising these chops.

Our lambs are raised with sunshine and fresh air on the lush green pastures of our family farm outside Monroe, Wisconsin. Grass-fed, the lamb is lean and healthy and packed with omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B, iron and other nutrients. Our animals are free of antibiotics and chemicals so you can feel good about the food you put on the plate.

Approx. 0.6 lb per chop, 2 per package. Four chops will easily feed a small family.
