Aromatic. Savory. Rich. And Creamy. These are all ways people describe the robust and delightful flavor of Saucisson Sec. Handcrafted using pork raised on the pastures of our family farm, this is a French-style salami that’s been enjoyed since the Old World.

Seasoned with sea salt, black pepper and garlic, this dry-cured salami pairs well with favorite soft, French cheeses such as Camembert or Brie. Slice it thin and try it on top of a fresh baguette from your local bakery or with an organic, artisan cracker. A great addition to any charcuterie board.

Shelf stable, this salami is ready to eat and does not require refrigeration. No additional nitrates (other than those occurring naturally) or preservatives were added.
