Make a statement of culture and good food. Get a whole prosciutto leg for the holidays. These are especially cool, because they were harvested right at the end of summer last year. Straight from our regeneratively managed, prairie pastures.
You won't find a leg like this anywhere else. Hundreds of forages, berries, and minerals go into the natural creation of these beautiful hams.
After harvest, they were carefully salted and then aged for months in the drying chambers of our salumist partner, Driftless Provisions.
Finally, our first batch of whole Prosciutto legs are ready to go! This is a very limited batch and a long time in the making so if a whole leg on the table is your thing this holiday season, grab it up quick!
We recognize that this is a first run for us and that you are paying a good price for a really good piece of meat. We take the risk out of it. If you are not 100% satisfied, just email me. We will refund your money or credit your account. You deserve the best.
These are NOT shipped with a stand. There are many online stores as well as amazon that offer prosciutto ham stands if you would like to pick one up. Also, just a note, I did have to move the holder on the base of this stand to accommodate the ham pictured. These stands vary a lot, and the particular one I picked up was built for a leg that is a bit longer than ours.
