    How do I sign up for Subscribe & Save?

    On the checkout page, sign up by selecting the Subscribe & Save button. Then fill out the requested information to set up the subscription as you finish the checkout process.

    What if I need to skip an order?

    No problem! Go to "Account" in the upper-right corner of the homepage. Select "Subscribe & Save" in the dropdown. Select the Skip button. Skipping cancels your current order. And schedules your next order date based on your subscription frequency.

    Will I be notified before each shipment?

    Yes! You'll get an email notification 5 days before your upcoming order ships. This will give you a few days to make any changes to the items in your box before it leaves the farm.

    How do I cancel my subscription?

    Go to "Account" in the upper-right corner of the homepage. Select "Subscribe & Save" in the drop down. Scroll to the bottom of the page. And select the "Cancel Your Subscription" button. Once canceled, you may resubscribe at any time. However, the options for your free item will be limited to the offers at that time.

    What free items can I choose from?

    Currently, you can choose from Natural Smoked Bacon, Pork Rib Chops or Natural Smoked Deli Sliced Ham. And as a special launch offer, for a limited time you will also receive a Bonus pack of Pork Snack Sticks. Offers may change throughout the year.

    How do I add or remove items from my Subscribe & Save order?

    Your current order will be listed in your cart. You can add or remove items as you'd like. Any changes to the cart will apply to the order date listed at the bottom of the open cart. Changes are automatically updated. You'll receive a confirmation 5 days prior to the scheduled shipment. Any changes after that time and before the order deadline will be reflected in the email you receive after the order is packed.

    How long do I have to adjust or change my Subscribe & Save order?

    Changes can be made to your order until the cutoff deadline for that shipment. An email will be sent to you 5 days prior to the deadline for each order. The email will contain the deadline for making changes to the order.

    How do I change the frequency of my Subscribe & Save order?

    Sign into your account. Then select "Subscribe & Save" from the Account menu. From there, you'll see the option to update the frequency of your subscription order. We offer weekly, every two weeks, every four weeks and every 8 weeks as options.

    Can I place a one-time order in between my subscription orders?

    Unfortunately, the system doesn't work this way. You can either modify the items in your box and select to get your next order sooner. Or email us at support@sparrowhillfarm.net and we can manually enter a one-time order for you.

    Can I get my Subscribe & Save order sooner?

    Yes! Sign into your Account. Select 'Subscribe & Save" from the Account menu. Then click the "Get it Sooner" button. Getting it Sooner processes your Subscribe & Save order on the next weekly deadline date of your choice.

    How do I change my delivery date?

    Sign into your Account. Select 'Subscribe & Save" from the Account menu. From there, you'll be able to get a delivery sooner, change the delivery frequency of your subscription, or skip a shipment. And if you run into trouble, you can always reach out for some help.

    How do I change my address?
