This year, we special ordered from Bryant Family farms, their heritage breed turkeys. We debated doing this, since it is a significant cost increase over traditional because they are a lot slower growing (our cost is 23% higher!) I think you will appreciate the quality and flavor. There is nothing like it and we don't want to cut corners with quality.
These birds will be 14-20 lbs. Please specify in your order notes what size you prefer and we will do our level best to come as close as we can.
