A selection of cured meats is the cornerstone of any charcuterie board. Start with one or more of Sparrow Hill Farm’s handcrafted, dry-cured salamis. Pair the meats with some organic crackers, a selection of cheeses from the local farmer’s market, fruit and other sweet or savory items for a spectacular and delicious presentation (or simply to eat yourself). While these are wonderful when enjoyed alone, they are even better when shared with company.
All the salamis are made with Sparrow Hill Farm’s pasture-raised pork, which was raised ethically and humanely on the pastures of our regenerative family farm in Monroe, WI. Other charcuterie items were sourced from local partners who embrace and support sustainable farming.
