Compared to lambs raised in confinement on concrete slabs, the lambs at Sparrow Hill Farm spend their days enjoying the fresh air, sunshine and grasses of our lush pastures.

Meats from pasture-raised sheep have less saturated fat and more heart-healthy polyunsaturated fats, a lower ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fats, and higher levels of vitamin A and vitamin E.
