The pastured poultry we offer is provided in partnership with local Wisconsin farms who embrace the same sustainable and regenerative farming practices our family uses at Sparrow Hill Farm.

Pastured chickens and turkeys are raised humanely throughout their life. Compared to many factory farms or barn-raised birds, they are provided ample access to fresh air, sunlight and the pasture. 

By foraging off the pasture, they eat nutrient-dense foods in the form of insects, worms, grass and seeds which provides them with a wealth of vitamins and minerals. And the resulting manure revitalizes and rejuvenates the land instead of depleting it.
